PT: This activity is provided by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners Accredited Provider and meets continuing competence requirements for physical therapist and physical therapist assistant licensure renewal in Texas. OT: This course may qualify for 7.5 CEs for OT. It is the responsibility of the OT to determine is this course meets the TBOTE requirement for Continuing Education. TBOTE states that professional development activities that meet the requirements must be directly concerned with one or more of the following: OT practice as defined in the OT Rules (§362.1), health conditions treated by OT, ethical or regulatory matters in OT, or OT documentation or reimbursement for OT services.
The conference will held in the Waxahachie Civic Center. Conveniently located at the intersection on I-35E and Highway 287, the Waxahachie Civic Center is within 25 minutes of the DFW Metroplex.

Cancellation of registration must be received in writing no later than Friday March 1, 2019. No refund will be made after that date.
