The symposium will held in the 10th floor conference room of the Baylor Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center on the Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas campus.

The Baylor University Medical Center campus encompasses many hospital buildings, programs and office buildings. A variety of parking options are available, including self-park, valet, covered parking and private lots.

A block of sleeping rooms have been reserved at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Dallas Downtown at Baylor Scott & White. A special guest room rate of $149 single and $159 double has been granted for attendees of this meeting.

Accreditation

Baylor Scott & White Health is accredited with distinction as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

Credit Designation

This program is not yet approved for CME credit. Conference organizers plan to request 17.3 AAPA Category 1 CME credits from the AAPA Review Panel. The total number of approved credits is yet to be determined.

You must attend the entire day on Friday to be eligible to receive CE credits. Saturday attendance through 1:00 pm and afternoon skills sessions will have separate CE credits.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For cancellations, please contact Nanette.Myers@BSWHealth.org. Course fees will be refunded (less administrative fee of $10) if a cancellation is made prior to January 17, 2020.

After January 17, 2020, no refunds will be granted, but you may substitute another person to take your seat.
