Event has been canceled.

We are closely monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) and are taking many proactive steps for safety.

After much consideration, and out of an abundance of caution, we are cancelling the BSWH System Well-Being Retreat. Nothing is more important to us than the health and well-being of our patients, colleagues and visitors.

We are grateful to the many individuals who worked hard to plan this event, and we look forward to celebrating with you at a later date. We will let you know as soon as the event is rescheduled.

Thank you for understanding.

    BSWH Values: Why We Serve

We serve faithfully. We act honestly. We never settle. We are in it together. We’ve written our commitments and carry our values with us everywhere we go (literally – they’re on our name badges!). In non-corporate speak, how do our values translate to you as a physician or APP? Why do they matter?  How do our values influence our daily decisions and interactions?

    Zero Harm: Your Well-Being

Across our healthcare system, we are all committed to zero instances of preventable harm. Though we often first think of patients when we talk about zero harm, we must not forget a critical component…ourselves. What does zero harm mean personally for you as a physician or APP? And what system resources are available to support your well-being?
