Here, your patients have access to an entire health care network of primary and specialty care.

At Baylor Scott & White Health, each primary care physician – which includes providers from internal medicine, family medicine and pediatrics – does more than just keep your patients well.

Our clinics are designated as patient-centered medical homes (PCMH), a model of care that uses a coordinated, team approach to strengthen the physician-patient relationship. Each clinic is connected to the electronic medical record system (EMR) database that allows real-time access to patient information, which allows the full implementation of Evidence Based Medicine.
