  • Discuss and formulate solutions with colleagues based on vast and robust experiences
  • Recognize burnout in others, as well as in oneself
  • Discuss provider investment and clinic team culture bringing ideas back to their own clinic team for betterment of self and others

  • List resources that exist in the system to support them as providers
