Irving Bible Church • Irving, Texas

Why Attend?

The goal is to bring everyone together to address the health-related social needs of the underserved and discover ways to better serve individuals and their families.

  • Build connections between the people who refer and those who receive referrals.
  • Synergize, synchronize and strategize to build networks to meet the clinical and social needs of patients in our communities.
  • Interact through case studies, round-table sessions and participate with community service providers in a brainstorming exercise.

Presentation materials, when available, may be downloaded in pdf format. The password will be emailed to participants prior to the activity.
