Why Attend?

The goal is to bring everyone together to address the health-related social needs of the underserved and discover ways to better serve individuals and their families.

Objectives:

  • Build connections between the people who refer and those who receive referrals.
  • Synergize, synchronize and strategize to build networks to meet the clinical and social needs of patients in our communities.
  • Interact through case studies, round-table sessions and participate with community service providers in a brainstorming exercise.

The 2018 Neuroscience Symposium welcomes exhibitor participation at this activity. This annual conference can include a registration attendance of up to 200 primary care physicians, family practitioners, internal medicine physicians as well as other allied healthcare professionals.

Registration

Municipal, government, community, and faith-based agency staff are invited as guests (up to 4 per organization). All other attendees will pay a $20 fee (which in the past included breakfast, lunch and continuing education credit certificates for various disciplines).
